DAY 1: Start your 5 day chimp Habituation and gorilla habituation experience safari
Your 5-day safari to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park to habour chimpanzees and gorillas will begin when a professional driver guide from Experiya Tour Company collects you from your hotel or airport. Typically, our safaris begin bright and early, with photo breaks near the Equator crossing and a lunch break in Mbarara town. Moving on to the southern section of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, you will find gorilla habituation going place at the moment. On the way to Kisoro or the southern portion of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, you may take in breathtaking views of the Kigezi valleys and hills. Dinner and overnight will be served when you arrive in the late afternoon.

DAY 2: Gorilla habituation experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
The habituation experience with mountain gorillas will begin with an early morning visit to the park headquarters, where you and other clients will receive a briefing on what to do and what not to do during the day. Following the briefing, you will be led on a hike into the forest by knowledgeable researchers and guides. You may expect to see a variety of forest animals, birds, and primates on your trip. After you’ve spent four hours with the gorillas, you’ll head back to the lodge for the night. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to watch and listen as researchers habituate gorillas, and you may even be asked to help out by collecting samples, identifying group members, making calls, and more.

During your chimpanzee habituation adventure, you will spend an entire day in the forest accompanied by researchers and guides. Grab dinner and head back to the lodge for the night.
