DAY 1: Drive Bwindi NP for your 4 Day gorillas and Golden Monkey safari
Arriving at Entebbe International Airport, you will leave Entebbe/Kampala for your transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park in South western Uganda. Half of the mountain gorillas worldwide find home at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. It is also the only area where Mountain Gorillas and chimpanzees live together. Before heading back to Mbarara town for lunch, you will have an in route halt at the Equator crossing at Kayabwe to photograph and conduct a basic experiment. Lunch will be followed by a picturesque drive to Bwindi Impentreble Forest National Park for overnight

DAY 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi National Park
Following an early morning breakfast and your packed lunch, you will report to the Park Headquarters at roughly 7:45 am for registration. Following that, you will join other trackers for a briefing regarding the dos and the don’ts during your Gorilla Tracking safari. As you search for the Gorillas, your guides will bring you across the dense creepers and vegetation. This walk can take you half an hour to three quarters of the day. Though the terrain is heavily forested and somewhat dense, several animal paths provide visitor access. The way the gorillas move determines how long you spend on the walk most of all. Still, it is a unique experience to be among these lovely yet threatened species. Along with your hike, you probably will see other monkeys, birds, and unusual tree species. Once the gorillas have been located, you will be let to spend one hour with them before returning to the Park head office, where you will be given a certificate for gorilla trekking and in appreciation of your support of mountain gorilla conservation. Later on, you will spend nights at Kisoro close to Mgahinga National Park.
