Day 1: Pick up from Kampala/Entebbe and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
Breakfast at your Hotel Depart from Entebbe or Kampala at 7:30 AM in morning. The drive is really long—about eight to nine hours. On Way: Stop at Kayabwe’s Uganda Equator Crossing for pictures and a quick break.
Lunch would be a stop at a nearby eatery in Mbarara town. Afternoon: Proceed the trip throughout picturesque scenery, stopping at Kabale or Kisoro towns based on the whereabouts of your accommodation. In evening, arrive in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Verify in your lodge.
Dinner and rest in readiness for the next day’s walk.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
Breakfast at the lodge at six thirty AM early. 7:00 AM: Proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking policies and assignment of gorilla families. Morning/Afternoon: Start the gorilla hike at 8:00 AM. Depending on where the gorilla family lives, the walk could last few hours or most of the day. During the Trek: Take in the verdant surroundings including animals. Once the gorillas are found, spend up to one hour watching them; then you will get your Gorilla Trekking certificate as a memento for a good gorilla trip. Depending on the length of the trip, go back to the lodge for lunch in afternoon. Evening: Unwind at the lodge. You could decide to relax and enjoy the facilities of the lodge or go on a community stroll to see the Batwa village. Dinner and stay at the lodge.
Day 3: Bwindi to Entebbe/Kampala
Breakfast at the lodge marks morning at 7:00 AM. Starting the drive back to Entebbe or Kampala at 8:00 AM. Optional: You could boat from Lake Bunyonyi depending on your leaving time. Traveling: Lunch should be stop at Mbarara or another handy town. Continue the trip back in afternoon, savoring the picturesque vistas and making quick pauses as necessary. Come in Entebbe or Kampala in evening. Move to your hotel or the airport for your leaving flight.
