DAY 1: Arrival and visit Kigali memorial center and proceed to Volcanoes National Park
Once there and following contact with your guide, visit the general exhibition site of genocide in Rwanda known as the Kigali Genocide Memorial center. DAY 3: Optional second gorilla trek or golden monkey
Take advantage of a second optional gorilla tracking session designed to exhaust the several gorilla groups different from the one from yesterday. DAY 4: Visit the African hero of gorillas
Visit the tomb of the late American biologist and first white Gorilla Hero of Africa after breakfast. The lovely tale of Dian Fossey is one of magnificent apes being preserved in Africa. She essentially learned, displayed, and lived the gorilla way of life. Given the natural splendor of Africa’s rainy forests, if at all possible you could even get your copy of Gorillas in the mist.
