Immerse yourself in the culture and nature of Rwanda with our large group gorilla safari tours.
Join us on an extraordinary adventure as we organize Rwanda large group gorilla safari excursions, an exploration that is tailored to groups of four to twelve travelers. This distinctive safari guarantees an unparalleled experience for larger groups of up to 78 individuals, providing the opportunity to observe the magnificent mountain gorillas in Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park. It is advisable to reserve this safari 1.5 to 2 years in advance, as there is a high demand for services.
Accommodation Considerations and Group Dynamics
It is important to acknowledge that this extensive gathering is only feasible for Kigali and Volcanoes National Park, despite the fact that it can accommodate groups of up to 78. The accommodation facilities at other attractions, such as Nyungwe National Park and Akagera National Park, are insufficient to accommodate the large number of travelers. The importance of diligent planning is underscored by the fact that Volcanoes National Park, which is renowned for its endangered mountain gorillas, issues only 80 gorilla permits daily.
Our vehicles are capable of accommodating up to seven passengers; however, it is advisable to restrict the number of passengers to six in order to accommodate the gorilla trekking guides. This arrangement establishes a closed group, which allows for the addition of safari cars in increments of 6, thereby permitting group sizes of 6, 12, 18, 24, and so forth, up to a maximum of 78.
